She was stunned to learn that Susan was locked away in a facility somewhere, and desperate for answers Tracy (Jane Elliott) will go there to find out what happened to her, but her decision to find out could lead to her learning something shocking and unexpected on General Hospital.

She had hoped finding Susan and bringing her to Port Charles would help Paul (Richard Burgi), who she believed was taking Sabrina's death hard because it made him think of Susan, unaware that his confession to killing Sabrina wasn't because he felt guilty about not catching the hospital killer, but because he was the hospital killer.

Now, when she arrives at the facility and realizes Paul is there visiting his daughter, she may be stunned when she overhears him speaking to Susan, and possibly confesses to what he's done, in the sake of hopefully helping cure her from the darkness that has overcome her.

"Susie, listen," he says in a preview clip for the Wednesday, September 28, 2016 episode, as Tracy listens on and hears what he has to say.

Paul already told Susan that he had gotten her several birthday presents by getting rid of the people who contributed to her trauma, starting with when he murdered Kyle Sloan out of revenge, then by killing Dr. Mayes, for ruining her rape kit, as well as Ellis, Prescott and Jenkins. He also admitted that he hadn't killed Monica (Leslie Charleson) yet but he was trying to do so in an effort to finally finish his quest. If he repeats the information once more, while Tracy is listening, it could mean she will learn the truth about him being the killer, and if he realizes that she has learned his secret, she could be in extreme danger.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 3 p.m. on ABC.
