FBI authorities have dismissed and closed its investigation of the incident between Brad Pitt and Maddox on a private jet in September. Pitt was accused of torturing and wrongdoing with the teenager while being on the family private jet.

The Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) also conducted its investigation into the incident earlier this month. But they concluded their findings by granting Pitt as not guilty. Pitt and Angelina Jolie currently having a complicated legal battle for custody of their six children.

According to People, Pitt filed a response to Jolie's divorce petition on Nov. 4 and asked to share joint physical and legal custody of Maddox, 15, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and 8-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne. Jolie has requested sole physical custody, with visitation for Pitt.  

According to The Sun, a current statement presented by the representative of Jolie confirmed that the children will stay with their mother. However, Brad Pitt will be allowed regular visits to meet their children.

The statement briefed, "In accordance with this [custody] agreement, the six children will stay in their mother's custody, and the children will continue therapeutic visits with their father."

As per this temporary settlement made by DCFS authorities, all the children have been staying with Angelina. Pitt is also having frequent visitation. But as per the revelations by a close source of Pitt, he has been very unhappy with the arrangement. Brad exclaimed desires to spend more time with his children. He is still in hope for an extension in this matter.
