Evander Holyfield, one of the greatest boxers of all time, is stuggling financially and allegedly in danger of having his driver's license suspended after he failed to pay more than $300,000 in child support, according to TMZ

The former unidsputed World Champion has been locked in a child support battle over his daughter, Emani Holyfield.

The Georgia Department of Human Services initially went after Evander to collect money he owed towards $372,097.40 in child support for his daughter. In September 2012. Court documents explained that he owed $563,900.91, which led to higher monthly payments from the former boxer. He repeatedly failed to make payments.

The courts ordered Holyfield to pay $2,950 a month until he paid off the debt. The 50-year-old put down $17,700 for his first payment. The judge also ordered that a percentage of his income be marked to continually pay off the child support. According to court documents, he missed several payments and still owes $327,858.36.

A Georgia judge gave the Division of Child Support Services the permission to begin the process of suspending Holyfield's driver's license as an incentive to get him to pay up.  A hearing was set for August to check on Holyfield's progress.

Holyfield is commonly associated with the "ear biting" incident from a boxing match with Mike Tyson in 1997, for which he earned $34 million.

In 1999, Holyfield's ex, Janice, his wife of two years, filed for divorce after the boxer publicly admitted he fathered two children out of wedlock. Since then, Holyfield was divorced a total of three times and has fathered a dozen children with six different women.

Holyfield filed for bankruptcy in 2008 and was evicted from his 54,000-square foot, 109-room mansion south of Atlanta after he failed to reach a deal with JP Morgan Chase. The property was sold at auction for $7.5 million.
