There's nothing worse than keeping to that New Year's resolution to eat healthier and having a craving for a sweet, frozen dessert-but thankfully, National Frozen Yogurt Day is just around the corner, and plenty of places are offering sweet deals on ice cream's healthier cousin. 

The official holiday isn't until Monday, Feb. 6, but plenty of places ar extending their offers, with some already in effect, and others set to continue on past the actual day itself, meaning you can enjoy your frozen yogurt more than just one day! 

So where can you possibly score some free or discounted yogurt? Check out our list below:  

16 Handles: Download the 16 Handles app and show the QR code to the cashier for a free 4 oz. Of yogurt on Monday until 6 p.m.  

Forever Yogurt: Head to locations on Feb. 6 and enjoy $3.00 off your purchase of $5.00 or more  

Goji's: Nothing seems to be happening on National Frozen Yogurt Day itself, but stopping in on Tuesday, Feb. 7 means you can save 20 percent if you leave the toppings off  

Menchie's: Buy one frozen yogurt on the 6th and get one free  

Pinkberry: No deals are available yet, though the company has promised to unveil something on the day itself  

Sweet Frog: Buy one frozen yogurt, get one free all day  

Yogurtland: Stop in to get free frozen yogurt between 4-7 p.m. on Feb. 6
