Jennifer Aniston and her fiance, actor and director Justin Theroux, will move into her new Bel Air home this weekend, according to E!.

The couple will finally be able to live in their 8,500 square foot Los Angeles estate, which the actress paid $21 million for last year. Extensive renovations on the home were completed this week.

Aniston bought two New York apartments for $7.01 million when she planned to move to the East Coast. After she decided to stay in Los Angeles, she sold them for $6.5 million last year.

''She loved them, but her circumstances changed and the space was just wrong,'' a source told E!.

Aniston planned to combine the two apartments by knocking down the penthouse through to the second space on the 17th floor below.

Listing broker Bruce Ehrmann said the penthouse had beautiful, unobstructed views of New York City.

Aniston, born in Los Angeles, grew up in New York and felt New York had changed when she initially moved back at the end of last year.

''We tried New York. It was a little rough with the paparazzi," she said.

"It didn't feel like the New York I grew up in and knew,'' Aniston added.

The actress lost money when she sold her New York apartments. However, she saved $3 million on her Bel Air home, which was listed with a $24 million listing price. Aniston sold her other Los Angeles home for $36 million.

The couple have been renting a small house in the Hollywood Hills until their mansion was ready.

Aniston and Theroux were moving furniture into the home during the past few weeks.

Major construction was done on the 8,500-square-foot estate. The home, which was once owned by Quincy Jones, did not have electricity as of early last April and needed to be completely rewired, according to media reports.

The couple planned to extensively update the home and added over 4,000 additional square feet to the original structure, including a roof deck with a trellis and opened up the master bedroom.

Aniston, 44, and Theroux, 41, were engaged last summer.
