Rockstar Games were delighted as the game developer confirmed that "Red Dead Redemption 2" will also be released on PC. Nevertheless, the gamers are split into factions if there is a need to put cheats which were believed to lessen the player's experience.

According to Daily Express, the Change.org petition already reached 50,000 plus signatures' indicating that it's only a matter of time until the project is established to be in development. A lot of patrons wanted to have a PC release for "Red Dead Redemption 2" and it seems that the Rockstar Games will give the clamor of its supporters.

Moreover, it can be remembered that Rockstar Games unveiled a PC port for "GTA 5" almost two years after the game's preliminary launch on PS3 and Xbox 360. With this, the game developer has a huge reason to repeat that habit of launch with "Red Dead Redemption 2."

Aside from the exciting PC release of "Red Dead Redemption," Daily Star has noted that the cheats for the video game may affect its popularity. As a matter of fact, it was noted that cheats in video games are often scowled upon by the avid supporters of a specifics video game.

Additionally, Phil Gaudette stated that a lot of video game enthusiasts feel that cheats devalue the experience by providing the gamers an easy way out. "While this can sometimes be true, in the GTA series of games Rockstar has shown us that cheats can be legitimately used to expand and improve a gameplay experience instead," Gaudette added.

It can be recalled that way back in 2010, the "Red Dead Redemption" featured some cheats which amounted to more than ordinary methods of gaining a prejudiced advantage. The gamers could use it to unlock outfits and one particular cheat "Beastmaster", which turned animals into player's bodyguards.

As of now, it is still a debate whether "Red Dead Redemption 2" should include cheats or not. But then, one thing is confirmed and that is the "Red Dead Redemption" sequel will arrive later this year.
