Blake Shelton said in an interview he doesn’t mind if his wife will be taking home multiple awards Wednesday night at the CMT Music Awards.

Lambert is up for four awards, including Video of the Year and Female Video of the Year for her hit Mama’s Broken Heart, and Group Video of the Year for the Pistol Annies' Takin' Pills.

Shelton received one nominee for Male Video of the Year, for his hit Sure Be Cool If You Did.

"You know, as long as one of us wins; people, when they walk in our house, they see some awards on the shelf, but they never really walk over and read 'em," Shelton said, according to a MTV report Wednesday. "So if they see one of her awards sitting there, they'll be like 'Oh, what did Miranda get a Grammy for?' And I'll say 'Oh, that was mine.' And they say 'Oh, that is your's.'

"I'll do the same thing with these CMT Awards," he said. "As long as it's on the shelf, and people don't actually read the plaque, that's mine."

The 2013 CMT Music Awards will air live on CMT Wednesday at 8p.m. ET/ 7p.m. CT from Nashville’s Bridgstone Arena. Performing at the ceremony will include artists like Taylor Swift, Hunter Hayes and others. Jason Aldean and Kristen Bell will host the show.
