Kailyn Lowry was seen admitting to sleeping with her former husband Javi Marroquin's best friend during a sneak peek at the upcoming season of Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars. However, according to a new report, the bombshell admission doesn't end there.

During a new interview, Marroquin is speaking out about his time on the WEtv series, which he claims was prompted by his desire to save his marriage to the mother of his three-year-old son.

“She told me when I came home from my deployment,” he said of Lowry's cheating admission during an itnerview with Radar Online on September 12. “She was a girl. I wouldn’t say she’s my best friend. Even if it was a girl, it doesn’t make it easier. It was ugly, it was nasty.”

The Teen Mom 2 couple opted to move forward with their divorce after filming on the series wrapped but that said, Marroquin doesn't regret his time on the show and said that he learned a lot from his time in therapy.

“It was the best and craziest experience I’ve ever dealt with,” Marroquin said. “[I] learned a lot of new things and applied them to today’s life. I still have a lot of love for Kail... I’m not looking forward to living all of those emotions again. “It was really hard, especially for me.”

In August of last year, Marroquin hinted that infidelity was to blame for the end of his marriage.

“A lot of stuff was blown under my nose,” he told Radar. “I was naïve to not believe it, I didn’t want to believe it. A lot of things were swept under the rug. When you sign onto a computer it usually saves your password so when I go on, your account is usually logged in. So I found out a lot of stuff.
