Nathan Griffith is under fire in a new MTV special, Being Nathan.

According to a new report, the ex-fiance of Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans was arrested for allegedly strangling ex-girlfriend Jessica Henry and during his special, Henry will be seen telling all about her strained relationship with Griffith.

On September 19, Radar Online revealed that Griffith would be seen discussing the assault and burglary charges against him on the show.

“She said while she was being choked, she started gagging and was in extreme pain,” the August 2016 police report read. “[The offender] choked her until the point where she could not breath.”

Then, just four months later, a warrant was placed for Griffith's arrest after his former girlfriend accused him of another incident of aggravated assault.

“The offender got on top of her and began choking her,” the report read. “The victim stated that she started yelling the involved other’s name for help.”

During Being Nathan, Griffith denied Henry's claims against him but she appeared on the show, as well, and told a much different account.

“This was almost every night occurrences,” she said. “There are only two charges out there, but that’s because every single time we called the cops I covered for him. It’s manipulation. He was making me feel like I was the bad person.”

She then spoke of the December 2016 incident between herself and Griffith.

“Nate came in the side door. He’s yelling at me, screaming at me. He was on top of me. Then [my roommate] called the cops and finally reported it. I was so grateful she was home. It looks like he can’t control himself.”

According to Radar Online, the charges against Griffith are currently pending but the reality dad doesn't have any court dates scheduled.
