Mariah Carey has been accused by her security guard of sexual harassment and racial profiling. The news comes in after weeks of several Hollywood directors, producers and actors being accused of sexual harassment or abuse.

Michael Anello, Carey's former security guard, is planning to take the singer to court and has already prepared a draft of a lawsuit against her. Anello claims that Carey owes Anello's security company — Anello Security and Consulting — $221,329.51 for two years of work, beginning in June 2015 and ending in July 2017. Anello also claims that the singer exposed herself to him and performed "sexual acts with the intent that they would be viewed" by him. Anello went into detail about the incident stating it happened during a trip to Cabo San Lucas when the singer asked Anello to come to her room and was dressed in 'see through' negligee.

The draft also elaborates that Carey demeaned Anello and his associate by referring to them as the KKK and stating that she only wanted to be surrounded by African-Americans.

According to TMZ, Mariah's team has stated that they have reached out to Anello's attorney in an attempt to settle certain unpaid invoices, but Anello is reportedly not satisfied.

The suit is currently on hold.

Since late September 2017, a plethora of men and women have spoken against certain Hollywood members and accused them of harassment or sexual misconduct that took place over the years. The allegations began after an expose was written about Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein. Weinstein has more than 50 women, including actresses: Rose McGowan, Angelina Jolie, and Gwyneth Paltrow, accusing him of sexual misconduct. Directors James Toback and Brett Ratner were also accused by several actresses of the same allegations. Actor Kevin Spacey has been implicated in sexually harassing actor Anthony Rapp back in 1986 when Rapp was a teenager. More young men have recently spoken against Spacey and now the actor is reportedly in a rehab facility seeking professional help. Comedian Andy Dick and actor Dustin Hoffman have been accused of behaving inappropriately on set with certain actors and actresses. Hoffman has since apologized to the woman who accused him.

Also, Gossip Girl star Ed Westwick has been accused of raping a woman in his home three years ago. Westwick has denied this claim and denies even knowing the woman.

Carey's team has not responded back to the sexual harassment claim made by Anello.
