Actress Kristina Cohen Accuses 'Gossip Girl' Actor Ed Westwick Of Allegedly Raping Her

Ed Westwick is now the latest actor to be accused of sexual misconduct against a fellow actress. Westwick, best known for his portrayal of Chuck Bass on the hit young adult drama, Gossip Girl, has been accused of raping a woman three years ago.

Kristina Cohen wrote in a Facebook post, Monday night, that the actor attacked her in his home. The actress claims that she went to take a nap in his guest bedroom and when she woke up, Westwick was on top of her.

"So I went and laid down in the guest room where I eventually fell asleep, I was woken up abruptly by Ed on top of me, his fingers entering my body. I told him to stop, but he was strong. I fought him off as hard as I could but he grabbed my face in his hands, shaking me, telling me he wanted to f*** me. I was paralyzed, terrified. I couldn't speak, I could no longer move. He held me down and raped me. It was a nightmare, and the days following weren't any better," she wrote.

The 27-year-old said that she was having dinner with Westwick and her then-boyfriend, who was a producer, on the night the incident occurred. When she told her boyfriend what happened, she implicates that he 'blamed' her and said she was a 'willing participant' in it. He also advised her not to say anything to anyone.

"The producer put the blame on me, telling me I was an active participant. Telling me that I can't say anything because Ed will have people come after me, destroy me, and that I could forget about an acting career. Saying there's no way I can go around saying Ed 'raped' me and that I don't want to be 'that girl'."

Cohen said that the recent allegations against Hollywood producer, Harvey Weinstein, is what gave her the courage to finally speak out about what she endured and she hopes to encourage more victims to share their story.

Cohen starred in Californication, The Middle, and the web series, Ladies Like Us. Westwick is currently starring the British series, White Gold.
