Miley Cyrus sparked rumors of pregnancy when she shared an image of herself on Instagram in which she seemed to be sporting signs of a baby bump. However, after posting the image online, The Voice coach took to Twitter to shut down the allegations of pregnancy and claim that her critics were being "rude."

While Cyrus may not be expecting at the moment, things between her and her fiance, Liam Hemsworth, are going strong. According to a new report, a pregnancy announcement may not be too far away.

“Nobody would be surprised if she was expecting though,” a source close to the couple told Hollywood Life on Nov. 23.

Cyrus and Hemsworth began dating after meeting on the set of 2010's The Last Song and two years later, they became engaged. However, they never made it down the aisle and as Cyrus embarked on a super-sexy persona as she released her Bangerz album, their romance fizzled out.

During their time off, both Cyrus and her actor boyfriend dated other people.

In addition to a months-long romance with Patrick Schwarzenegger, Cyrus was linked to Benji Madden, Stella Maxwell, Jared Leto, Brooke Candy, Mike Will Made It, and Kellan Lutz. As for Hemsworth, the actor reportedly enjoyed romances with the likes of January Jones, Nina Dobrev, Eiza Gonzalez, and Maika Monroe.

Following their relationships with others, Cyrus and Hemsworth made their way back to each another in late 2015 and by 2016, the couple became re-engaged. That said, they haven't yet announced any official plans to get married or welcome any children, despite their clear interest in settling down.

Cyrus and Hemsworth “have made no secret about wanting kids together, and about wanting to be young parents,” the Hollywood Life source continued. “Their relationship is amazing right now, rock solid, and they are completely committed to each other. Miley is so full of love, and she is a really caring and kind person — She’s a natural mom.”

They “would make awesome parents some day” and “everyone is crossing their fingers and hoping for an announcement in the future,” the insider added.
