Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth have been spending tons of time in Georgia lately, where the actor is filming the new movie Killerman. During one particular outing, they allegedly decided to get married in a quicky ceremony on Georgia’s Tybee Island.

While neither Cyrus nor Hemsworth has confirmed the alleged wedding, a new report claims the on-again, off-again pair, who reunited in 2015 after spending two years apart, decided to get married on the island, where they originally met and fell in love while filming 2010's The Last Song.

“Neither Miley nor Liam planned to get married when she booked the trip to see him, but that all changed once she arrived,” a source told In Touch Weekly magazine on Nov. 10. “They felt so nostalgic and spent hours reminiscing about old times. They both realized that the island was the ideal setting because it has such sentimental value to them.”

“Miley enjoys leading a hippie life and never wanted to have a big Hollywood wedding, so it all worked out perfectly,” the source added.

After the alleged wedding ceremony, Cyrus and Hemsworth reportedly celebrated their marriage with a romantic candlelit dinner.

Cyrus and Hemsworth got back together in late 2015 under the condition that they would do their best to keep their relationship out of the spotlight, and Cyrus has done a great job of making sure that happened, according to In Touch Weekly.

While Cyrus and Hemsworth have been caught out and about on occasion, they spend the majority of their time away from the flashing lights of Hollywood as they both reside in Malibu, California, which is about 45 minutes away. They've also made it a point to keep their romance off of social media, at least for the most part.

When it comes to the future, Cyrus and Hemsworth are reportedly planning to celebrate their marriage during a second wedding ceremony in Los Angeles witht heir family and friends.

“Miley and Liam plan to have an intimate wedding party back in LA,” said the source. “Despite going through their ups and downs over the years, Miley and Liam realize that they can’t live without each other. They’re in a great place right now and looking forward to starting a family.”
