Ed Sheeran recently performed a duet of his hit song, "Perfect," with Beyoncé. The award-winning musician shared the audio with his fans via his social media account on Thursday, Nov. 30.

"Perfect" is part of Sheeran's third album, Divide. The track is currently at number five on the Billboard Hot 100. Following its Aug. 21 release, "Perfect" also landed at the top of the UK Singles Chart. It officially became available on the radio on Sept. 26.

However, Sheeran and Beyoncé's collaboration isn't part of Divide. The former Destiny's Child member is just teaming up with various musicians in recent months. She previously sang a remix of "Mi Gente" with J Balvin and Willy Williams. Earlier this month, she also performed "Walk on Water" with Eminem.

Ed Sheeran, Beyoncé Previous Collaborations

Meanwhile, Sheeran and Beyoncé had also worked together twice before. The duo performed a tribute to Stevie Wonder in 2015. Last year, they also sang a remix of "Drunk In Love" at the Global Citizen Festival.

Prior to their partnership, Sheeran and Beyoncé made headlines due to very different reasons. In October, the English singer announced the cancellation of some of his shows in Asia following a biking accident.

Sheeran wasn't able to perform in Taipei, Taiwan, Osaka, Japan, Seoul, South Korea, Tokyo, and Hong Kong. He was ordered by his doctors to rest until the first week of November.

Jay-Z Admits To Cheating On Beyoncé

Beyoncé, on the other hand, was mentioned in her husband Jay-Z's recent tell-all interview about his infidelities. "The hardest thing is seeing pain on someone's face that you caused, and then have to deal with yourself," said the rapper.

In 2013, there were reports suggesting that Jay-Z cheated on his wife. A video of Solange Knowles attacking Jay-Z inside an elevator also resurfaced thereafter. Beyoncé stayed quiet throughout the whole incident.

During this week's interview, Jay-Z also said that he tried to shut down all of his emotions and this was what led him to cheat on his wife.

"You shut down all emotions. So even with women, you gonna shut down emotionally, so you can't connect... In my case, like it's, it's deep. And then all the things happen from there: infidelity," said the "Empire State Of Mind" singer.
