It seemed any news in reference to Spacey has died down for some time, but now new reports have surfaced indicating he will have to face another allegation that could land him in jail.

The London Investigation

A third man has come forward stating he was sexually assaulted to the Scotland Yard in London. While the report does not state that Spacey was the attacker, the Scotland Yard police did confirm that the perpetrator in question is the same person currently facing two similar complaints.

"On 1 November, City of London Police referred an allegation of sexual assault to the Metropolitan Police Service. It is alleged a man assaulted another man (Victim 1) in 2008 in Lambeth," Scotland Yard said in a statement.

Spacey resided in London from 2004 to 2015 while serving as an artistic director for the Old Vic Theater.

"On 17 November, we received allegations that the same man sexually assaulted a man (Victim 2) in 2005 in Lambeth. On 13 December, we received an allegation that the man sexually assaulted a man (Victim 3) in 2005 in Westminster," the statement continued.

Spacey has not been charged yet as the investigations are still pending.

Anthony Rapp's Revelation

Spacey was outed last year as a sexual predator by Star Trek actor Anthony Rapp. Rapp alleged that Spacey harassed him when Rapp was a teenager in the late 1980s. Spacey, who was notoriously private about his romantic life and sexual orientation, used the allegation to confirm he was a gay man and had no recollection of the incident described by Rapp.

The actor's announcement was received poorly by his peers and colleagues, with many of them shaming the actor for trying to use the allegation to his advantage. Following Rapp's claims, more men came out to publicly speak against Spacey and accuse of him "groping" or "inappropriately exposing" himself to them. The accused actor quietly removed himself from the spotlight while his career took a disastrous dive.

Spacey's Fallout

Following the allegations that came out against him, Spacey was fired from the Netflix political thriller, House of Cards, where he portrayed the main character, Frank Underwood. Spacey was also replaced in the Ridley Scott biopic All the Money in the World by actor Christopher Plummer. Spacey's upcoming film, Gore, which was set to be produced by Netflix, was ultimately canceled.

Currently, Spacey is taking a break from acting and is seeking treatment and evaluation.
