Phaedra Parks has been quiet for the most part since her dramatic exit from The Real Housewives of Atlanta. She seemed to break her silence recently when she reportedly responded to Porsha Williams’ claims against her via social media.

Phaedra Parks vs. Porsha Williams?

Parks shared a photo of herself with a quote about not looking back on Instagram.

She added another snapshot and included a caption of her answer when people asked her what she’s doing.

Her cryptic posts came just after Williams was accused of throwing Parks under the bus in the most recent episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta. Parks might not be on the show this season but she’s certainly a topic of conversation. She left the show, or was fired, after it came out she started a rumor about Kandi Burruss and Burruss’ husband, Todd Tucker, wanting to sexually assault Williams.

Did Porsha Williams Betray Phaedra Parks?

While Williams is still on the show, she’s been getting tons of backlash from some of her co-stars for repeating the rumor to Burruss, but never telling her who said it. As for Burruss, she and her friends have thrown shade of their own toward Williams almost any chance they got.

That didn’t stop Williams from going to a lunch invitation from Burruss’ mother, Mama Joyce. She and Williams sat down for what ended up actually being a peaceful meeting. Mama Joyce asked Williams if she really did believe Parks when Parks told Williams that Burruss and Tucker wanted to date-rape Williams.

Mama Joyce Is Team Porsha

Mama Joyce initially wasn’t certain Williams really believed Parks when she repeated the rumor to Burruss during an argument. Williams pointed out to Mama Joyce that Parks was a lawyer, so she didn’t think she would lie about it. She also said Parks claimed Burruss told her the news herself, so she had no reason to doubt it.

Williams went on to explain to Mama Joyce that as Burrsus continued to confront the rumor last season, Williams went back and asked Parks if she was sure Burruss said what Parks claimed she said. Meanwhile, Parks never admitted to Burruss or anyone else that it was her who told Williams the speculation about Burruss and Tucker.

Instead, it came out during an explosive reunion special that aired last May. Williams told host Andy Cohen she couldn’t speak on the matter because Burruss hit her with a cease-and-desist. She asked Parks to explain the rumor and revealed Parks was the one who started it to begin with.

Interestingly enough, Mama Joyce understood why Williams was so loyal to Parks. She encouraged her to try to speak to Burruss so the two can discuss their drama.

Parks is no longer on the show. It still hasn’t been clear if it’s because of her alleged accusations or because she decided to walk away.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta airs on Bravo Sundays at 8/7c.
