Model and actress Tyra Banks opens up in her new memoir about her early modeling days and the choices she had to make throughout her career. The 44-year-old gets real with her thoughts on natural beauty and shared a decision she made as a young model that she doesn't regret.

Tyra Is On Top

The America's Next Top Model host revealed in her new book, Perfect Is Boring, that she got a nose job in her younger years. The model stated that she decided to get cosmetic surgery due to bones growing in her nose which made her uncomfortable.

"I could breathe fine, but I added cosmetic surgery. I admit it! Fake hair, and I did my nose. I feel I have a responsibility to tell the truth," Banks said.

Banks also stated that she doesn't agree with "natural beauty" as there are some women who don't look flawless without makeup and she's one of them.

"As a model, I needed makeup. I don't think there's anything wrong with that. It leveled my playing field. Gisele, you don't need it? I do! And we're both modeling for Victoria's Secret," the model said.

The model also went on to comment that she feels women should stop judging one another if someone wants to get plastic surgery or if they like their natural looks. Banks revealed that she has many tips and tricks that will make any woman look the way they want to.

Perfect Is Boring will hit the shelves in April 2018.
