Meghan Markle's half-brother Thomas Markle Jr. is imploring Prince Harry to reconsider getting married to the American actress in a handwritten letter.

Thomas Pens Scathing Letter To Harry

The bad blood between the siblings is apparent as Meghan's estranged brother reached out to the prince in an attempt to stop the royal wedding before it takes place on May 19.

"It's not too late, Meghan Markle is obviously not the right woman for you," Thomas begins in the letter shared to In Touch Weekly. "As more time passes to your royal wedding, it becomes very clear that this is the biggest mistake in royal wedding history."

Thomas, 51, doesn't hold back with the insults, describing his sister as "a below C average Hollywood actress" who is trying to act like a princess.

Meghan, he says, had their father pay her debts and then left him broke in Mexico without ever paying him back. He also slams the actress' decision not to invite the family, including their father who he calls the reason that Meghan isn't waitressing or babysitting to pay off her debts.

"It's very apparent that her tiny bit of Hollywood fame has gone to her head, changing her into a jaded, shallow, conceited woman that will make a joke of you and your royal family heritage," Thomas continues, telling Harry that it's not too late to call off their nuptials.

Markle Family Issues

The letter is not the first time the Markle family problems have made its way to the news cycle.

In April, Thomas told In Touch Weekly that his lawyers have been in contact with the representatives of Meghan in an attempt to ask for help with the media and international scrutiny.

"My lawyer had a phone meeting with her lawyer, and he emailed me some of [Meghan's] direct words. She said, 'That's distant family and I don't know those people,'" he says, adding that it's ridiculous to hear this since the two of them spent plenty of time together growing up.

The bride's half-sister Samantha, 53, has also been very vocal on Twitter about Meghan, even imploring to Harry to encourage his bride to resume contact with the family. Regarding Thomas's letter though, Samantha is willing to consider giving their sister the benefit of the doubt.

"Give her a chance!" she tweeted. "I've always been vocal about the things I admire about her and the public has taking this too far. My brother needs to stop the alcoholism and lies."
