Drake Devastated Over Rihanna’s Pregnancy News Because of THIS

Family, friends, and fans of Rihanna and A$AP Rocky are overjoyed that the two are expecting their first child together.

However, one person who isn't jumping out of joy is Drake.

An insider told OK magazine that the "We Found Love" hitmaker having a bun in the oven is a sore spot for her ex-boyfriend that his ego is reported, "badly bruised."

For the past several years, the 35-year-old "In Your Feelings" rapper and the 33-year-old Fenty mogul were on-again and off-again, before officially breaking up for good in 2016.

The insider added that Drake "hasn't been able to get" Riri "out of his head.

"He's bitter because he doesn't get why she's with a guy like Rocky."

The 33-year-old rapper, who has been involved romantically with other high-profile celebrities including Kendall Jenner and Iggy Azalea, is reportedly popular for having a major "roving eye" and some secrets up his sleeve.

After Rihanna debuted her baby bump in a series of pictures on her Instagram page last month, Champagne Papi immediately took to his own Instagram page with a cryptic post about "shallow souls."

Friends of both music icons saw Drake's post as a "dig" at Rihanna and A$AP Rocky.

In fact, the only reason the Canadian music artist is bitter is that he thinks A$AP Rocky is unworthy of the singer-turned-entrepreneur.

The insider added, "He thinks Rihanna made a huge mistake by not sticking with him. Rihanna wishes Drake no harm, but it's sad for her that he can't move on and let her be happy."

It was previously reported that Rihanna shared the exciting baby news by posting pictures of her growing belly while she and her beau took a romantic stroll in New York City in January.

Despite reports of Drake's sourness, other celebrity friends of the couple couldn't help but be excited over the baby announcement.

Rihanna's Dad Speak Out on Her Pregnancy

Meanwhile, Rihanna's dad Ronald also spoke out on his daughter's baby announcement, even went on to affirm that she would become a good mom.

He spoke to Page Six and told them how excited and happy he is that he's going to be a grandfather and gushed about the pictures, saying, "Rihanna sent me some photos."

"I'm just over the moon. She's beautiful inside and out," Ronald went on to gush.

He also gave A$AP Rocky his seal of approval and even claimed how he likes the "Fashion Killa" rapper after meeting him in Dec. 2020.
