Harrison Ford is a real-life action hero - but one who is considerably less theatrical than the characters he portrays in films.

When one of the production staff members experienced a possible heart attack on the set of his next "Indiana Jones" film, the 79-year-old A-list celebrity allegedly sprung into action.

When the man fell, Ford was in the middle of filming the concluding moments of his movie.

According to The Sun, he instantly exclaimed, "Get me a medic quick!"

A source reportedly said that the movie was scheduled to wrap up filming by Friday when, out of nowhere, a male member of the production staff fainted.

A medic was called in by Harrison, who was standing mere yards away, according to the report.

"There was a great deal of fear and anxiety. When an air ambulance and paramedics arrived, the on-site first aider performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)."

The film's producers have not yet responded to questions about what happened on the set.

Meanwhile, another staff member died on the set of "Indiana Jones" filming in Morocco last year, purportedly as a result of a suspected heart attack while on location.

Nic Cupac, 54, was discovered dead in his hotel room while working on the set.

It was reported by the New York Post in November that Cupac's tragic death was not linked to the production and that "our hearts go out to Nic Cupac's family and friends, an extraordinarily brilliant colleague and member of the cinema community who will be deeply missed."

Another unexpected and tragic death was announced during the time of his passing.

Halyna Hutchins, a cinematographer for Alec Baldwin's film "Rust," was shot accidentally and died.

Crew members have called for an overhaul of the use of actual weapons on set following Hutchins' death, which was apparently caused by serious security failings. The incident has become a moment of reckoning for Hollywood, with crew members asking for an examination of the use of real weapons on set.

What transpired also brought attention to the working circumstances of the crew who are compelled to work in such settings.

Harrison Ford Injured On The Set Of 'Indiana Jones 5'

After suffering a filming injury during filming the fifth part of the "Indiana Jones" series in June 2021, Harrison Ford announced that he will be resting and recovering.

Disney, on the other hand, did not disclose the extent of the actor's injuries at the time, but they did say that production would be rescheduled and changed over the next few weeks.

In the meantime, production will continue until the right course of treatment is determined, and the filming schedule will be rearranged as necessary in the following weeks."

This wasn't the first time Ford had been involved in an accident while filming a movie.

He was apparently crushed behind a heavy door at the Pinewood Studios in London, where he was working for "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" in 2014.
