Okay, so this one seems a little random, but we're here for it.

Over the weekend, actress Kirstie Alley tweeted a...rather aggressive prayer for the safety of Ukraine during the ongoing attacks from Russia. She opened her tweet with "I don't care what the punk-ass twats say, I believe in the power of prayer. I will continue to pray for the people of Ukraine."

Really not sure who was on the other side of that issue Kirstie, besides maybe Putin himself, but at least your enthusiasm is in the right place.

Leah Remini, however, chose to take this opportunity to call Alley out on a different issue: Scientology. The former scientologist has a Netflix show, Scientology and the Aftermath, where she exposes the dangers and lies that keep this supposed "religion" afloat, and she seems to have something to say about how "brave" the Look Who's Talking star is being.

It seems that Remini and Alley have been feuding for a long time, as Alley will attack Remini in the press but refuses to come on her show and have a face-to-face debate with her. Many people, fans and celebrities alike, joined the fight online, including critical comedian Kathy Griffin, who unequivocally sided with Remini.

The confusion is actually stemming from the fact that, in Scientology, you're not supposed to believe there is any god at all - Remini wants to call out these inconsistencies to help tear down the illusion that Scientology is, in fact, a religion, and not a dangerous cult that has a scary amount of legitimacy, especially in Hollywood.

Twitter Error

Kirstie Alley has not directly responded to any of these barbs - apparently she likely has most of the people in this conversation blocked already.
