Victoria Secret's model Behati Prinsloo was spotted wearing her new engagement ring on Tuesday at a New York City event.

Accompanied by fellow VS Angels Erin Heatherton and Karlie Kloss at a press gathering to promote company products, Prinsloo, 24, talked about her vintage 1930s style ring from fiance Adam Levine, 34. The Namibian model got engaged to the Maroon 5 lead singer in July and said the ring was "a surprise."

"I forgot I slept with [the ring] on last night , and I woke up and went, 'Oh, hello!' " she added.

The three models were in NYC celebrating the launch of the lingerie line's Body By Victoria at a store in SoHo. Each model wore a skintight bandage dress for the press event and also took photos with fans. At the Tuesday event Prinsloo also talked about buying lingerie that will please both the woman and her man.

"It should always be for you. Depending on what fits you, and what you want to do...go out there and get it!" she said.

Prinsloo sported the engagement ring in a number of Instagram photos she uploaded following the proposal, such as the one below posted on July 18.

The marriage will be the first for both her and Levine. He and Maroon 5 performed at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show in 2011, which Prinsloo walked in. They began dating in 2012 shortly after Levine split from VS model Anne Vyalitsyna in April of that year.

Talking about the proposal in July, Prinsloo told Perez Hilton it was very "old school" and added that the engagement ring was "perfect."

"I am so happy and excited and still can't believe it's true!" she continued on. "It was a one-knee thing! It was serious!"
