With The Avengers: Infinity Saga well in the rearview of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, fans of the 28-film franchise have been scratching their heads as to the direction their upcoming films are headed now that they are in Phase 4.

Well, good news for those fans: in a recent exclusive sitdown with Total Film,  the man who controls all things MCU, Kevin Feige gave a couple hints as to what's to come:

"As we're nearing the end of Phase 4, I think people will start to see where this next saga is going. I think there have been many clues already, that are at least apparent to me, of where this whole saga is going. But we'll be a little more direct about that in the coming months, to set a plan, so audiences who want to see the bigger picture can see a tiny, tiny, tiny bit more of the roadmap."

With Thor: Love and Thunder releasing in the UK July 7, and The US on July 8, we get the return of Chris Hemsworth's God of Thunder, fighting alongside his former love Jane Foster (Natalie Portman) - now wielding the hammer Mjollnir - as well as a return visit from the Guardians of the Galaxy

Though some may be wondering where newer characters such as Ms. Marvel and Moon Knight, two popular series on Disney+, might fit into all this; It has been announced that at least Ms. Marvel will be joining Captain Marvel and Monica Rambeau for the big-screen feature The Marvels, while Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania will be bringing back our punier-than-pint-sized heroes for a third outing.

With several film and television projects on the horizon, like Blade and Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, just to name a few, there is no shortage of MCU film and television coming out, and it will be interesting to see how it all fits together.
