Kanye West is already plotting his next move after missing Paris Fashion Week, which his ex-wife Kim Kardashian and their nine-year-old daughter North attended.

According to TMZ, the Grammy-winning rapper and his legal team have recently submitted a trademark application for "YZYSPLY," which is a retail shop, online ordering service, and online retail store service.

The "Donda" rapper has lately utilized the Yeezy Supply moniker to sell limited-edition clothes and footwear in the last couple of years.

The outlet, however, said that the latest application indicates that he is seeking to reach even further with the prospect of a real shop.

TMZ went on to say that the trademark petition covers hats, socks, visors, shirts, tennis apparel, and even g-strings, in addition to footwear and headwear.

Kanye West has had a fruitful partnership with Adidas owing to his Yeezy line since 2015. However, in 2020, he also inked a 10-year contract with Gap, which began conducting limited releases in 2021, including acollaboration with Balenciaga, which was launched in February.

West's new enterprise comes after he owes a high-end clothes rental firm thousands of dollars.

Kanye West, who has a net worth of more than $2 billion, reportedly avoided bill collectors from David Casavant Archive, who sued the musician for failing to return things and pay associated costs.

According to Insider, the father-of-four owes the firm for the "unique, respected pieces" that have yet to be returned as of their court petition.

The David Casavant Archive is a treasure trove of New York's "rarest and most prized clothing." Its website also promises that they distinguish this museum-like curation of apparel from other collections by lending the pieces to celebrities and their rich clientele.

According to the publication, West has been a client of the organization for years, as have other celebrities such as Paul McCartney, Lady Gaga, and Rihanna.

In a complaint filed last week, the corporation now claims that West stopped paying rental payments on the equipment in his possession as of October 2020.

Per Billboard, "both parties recognized (as conveyed orally and in writing and evidenced in many years of preceding dealings) that since the clothing are not commodities that are easily replaceable."

Kanye West allegedly owes over $222,000 in outstanding fees and around $195,000 for the replacement garments.
