Kylie Jenner is currently facing a new controversy after fans found out that she's taking 17-minute private flights to places accessible through a 45-minute drive. More recently, sources reveal that her mom Kris had to step in because she was worried about her daughter.

Being previously hailed as the world's youngest self-made billionaire, Kylie Jenner can afford almost everything in life and it reportedly worries her mom.

According to an insider, the Kylie Cosmetics CEO has been spending a lot of money after buying a private jet.

Her latest move made Kris to "step in" and tell her to "slow down." (via Page Six)

The momager is urging her youngest daughter to be more responsible when it comes to expenses and money, like investing in more businesses or the like.

"Kylie is 24, she has her own brand, and she does what she wants," the source added.

Another insider close to the famous Kardashian-Jenner clan denied the initial rumors, saying Kris never stepped in and confirmed that Stormi Webster's mom has "always been very good with her money."

Despite her young age, Kylie was described as someone who is an "adult at heart."

The recent rumors come a few days after the entrepreneur was blasted on social media for boasting about her private jet and using it to take short flights even though the place she's going to can be accessible by driving.

A Twitter account named @CelebJets shared Kylie's plane route after flying from Camarillo to Van Nuys, both places are located within the state of California.

Many alleged that taking flights is bad for the environment as it uses tons of CO2 emissions and costs a lot of money because of fuel.

"our dear planet is heating up and losing its ice-caps at an alarming rate and celebs using their big ass jets for unnecessary travels like a 3 minute flight that'd be just a 40-minute drive are contributing to it. Its her private jet yes, but its harming OUR home," one wrote.

Days after the issue broke out, the mom of one took to Instagram to share a photo of her and boyfriend Travis Scott posing in front of their private jets.

"you wanna take mine or yours?" she captioned the photo.

As of this writing, Kylie Jenner has not publicly commented on the comments she's been receiving.
