There have been rumors that "Today" hosts Savannah Guthrie and Hoda Kotb are feuding, but no one has addressed the elephant in the room.

Fans and media sources have recently reported on some conflict between the two co-hosts. Nobody knows what's going on with them since it was reported in recent weeks.

However, Savannah and Hoda's tension on the program has been highlighted through body language.

Patti Wood told The Sun that their differences make for a brilliant TV program but, regrettably, create a stressful atmosphere for them to work in.

She said that over the last few years, their personality differences formed the right balance for the program, but stress causes people to go to their personality extremes.

"So Savannah is exhibiting more perfectionism, while Hoda is displaying more of a 'I want to have fun,' carefree approach," Patti added.

Because many sources allege that Savannah Guthrie and Hoda Kotb are arguing behind the scenes, the body language expert examined their on-screen interaction.

Last week, the pair collaborated on a tense cookery segment, which the expert claimed showed a lot about their chemistry.

The episode included a cookbook author who took the hosts through a salad recipe from her book.

Patti Wood added in another interview with the site that Savannah is demonstrating that she feels mature and parent-like in their interaction.

Savannah is regarded as the boss, and she thinks her co-host Hoda is a rule-breaker who simply wants to have fun in important circumstances.

However, observers at the time saw that the part spun swiftly, and it quickly became unpleasant.

Hoda Kotb stepped up to the table and inquired whether they were done as the chef was speaking and Savannah Guthrie was making a salad.

Savannah then responded dismissively, "Yes, that is all. Now, let's go on. We'll go on because we don't have time for it."

Viewers at the moment also spotted Hoda nervously chuckling in the background as she grabbed a dish to try the salad, while Savannah continued to mix the salad.

The expert went on to suggest that Savannah, unlike Hoda Kotb, behaves more like the parents and the "corrector" and tries to make things right.

Fans will have to wait and see until Savannah Guthrie or Hoda Kotb talk about what's really going on behind closed doors.
