Meagan Good Wants to Have a Family Following 'Scandal,' Is She Ready for New Love?
Meagan Good is open to having a family after splitting with her ex-husband DeVon Franklin.
Good celebrated her forty-first birthday with a video she shared on Instagram. In the clip it can be seen that the actress is wearing a yellow-fitted see through dress as she captured herself in front of the mirror showcasing her beautifully colored red hair.
Along with the video is the caption that reads: "Thank you for all the big birthday love."
The actress is really living the "life begins at 40s" as she didn't want to limit her activities saying that she wants to do more action noting that she wants to let people know what this age does. Noting that "we are our best and moving into our best to come."
In a report, the star shared that she is open to having a family even though as of this time, not everything makes sense on her end but says she puts her trust in God above and is still excited to see what's ahead of her after divorce with her ex's husband.
"I do have gratitude and so much joy in my heart for these past 11 years that DeVon and I have been together," she added.
Noting that every season and every single part of the years that they've shared to each other as former couples was incredible.
But it seems that the path to a lifetime together isn't for them. When asked how she's handling the divorce with her ex's, Good said that she always approached relationships as understanding that at some point they'll go to the place that they're going to and then they would be over."
As the actress continued to explain she added that even though how much she used to do "what's next" Franklin and her divorce was a little different for the actress because she admitted that she thought what they have was forever.
Meanwhile, Good shared about her new show which is "Day Shift." She shared how amazing it's been on the set and how blessed she is to work with the girls she actually love and producers as well. Noting that she is also happy to be working with Jamie and Datari, and J.J and Snoop.
