The drama around the controversial film "Don't Worry, Darling" has played on repeat in everyone's thoughts over the previous few weeks.

There have been allegations of a falling out and fake news, and fans were eager to see whether there were tensions and more drama at the Venice Film Festival for the film's red carpet and international debut.

The whole cast, including Florence Pugh, Harry Styles, Chris Pine, Gemma Chan, and director Olivia Wilde, attended the red carpet debut on Monday.

Pugh did not stand near the director and did not attend the press conference earlier that day, while her stylist also uploaded a photo of the British actress with the title "Ms. Flo," a jab at Wilde and the leaked film.

However, a video showing the "As It Was" singer entering at the theater and taking his seat next to Pine has surfaced.

Styles appears to have spit on Pine in the brief clip, who subsequently appears to be outraged.

However, as he proceeded to wave to others in the crowd, the former One Direction singer gave no indication that he spat on his co-star.

Styles and Pine did not respond to the alleged spit, but social media had a lot to say about it.

"The Spit >>>> The Slap," one user tweeted, referring to Will Smith slapping Chris Rock on live TV after he made a joke about Jada Pinkett Smith's hair loss at the Academy Awards.

A second one said, "I neeeeed to know what could be so bad that Harry Styles would SPIT on Chris Pine live and in color. I can't wait for the PR press release from one of them."

However, a wild theory thinks Styles may have done it on purpose.

"So... theory... he did it so people would stop talking about the two women feuding??"

Olivia Wilde, Florence Pugh Alleged Feud

Florence Pugh and Olivia Wilde are said to have feuded behind the scenes after Pugh was dissatisfied with way their director treated on set with her boyfriend and co-star Styles in the picture.

Their feud erupted after the "Book Smart" director stated in an interview that she dismissed Shia LaBeouf for his aggressive spirit, but the actor later denied being fired and said he pulled out. Emails also showed Wilde addressing the "Even Stevens" star.

A video of the director sent to LaBeouf was subsequently leaked, in which she blamed the "Midsommar" actress for the situation behind the scenes and urged him not to abandon the project, contradicting her previous claim.

Chris Pine's Funny Reaction To Harry Styles' Statement

Another speculated that Styles was "angry" with Pine's reaction to his statement during the press conference.

Earlier that day, Chris Pine went viral for zoning out during the film's press conference and seemed perplexed by what Harry Styles had said.

Another viral video from Monday showed the "Wonder Woman" actress reacting to a comment from the "Watermelon Sugar" singer.

Styles said during the interview, "You know my favorite thing about the movie like it feels like a movie it feels like a real like go to the theater film movie that you know you kind of... the reason why you go to watch something on the big screen."

However, Pine's reaction was captured on social media.

One fan said, "I always liked Chris Pine but I'll be honest his reactions to everything happening today were so perfect I have no choice but to stan."
