Prince William and Prince Harry could not accept the fact that their father, King Charles III, had an affair while married to Princess Diana.

At a very young age, Prince William and Prince Harry lost their loving mother, Princess Diana, following the fatal crash in Paris in 1997. Two years later, King Charles III and Camilla made their relationship public official.

But the two royals reportedly had a secret plot to sabotage the now-Queen Consort in the past.

Radar Online recently re-released its 2000 article, revealing Prince William and Prince Harry's grudges against Camilla.

"They want to destroy their father's love for her - and at the moment, their plan is working. Charles and Camilla are having terrible trouble because of the boys' meddling," an insider said.

King Charles III and Queen Consort Camilla tied the knot in April 2005. The royal siblings' rage rooted in the talks that Camilla made Princess Diana suffer before her death as the late Princess of Wales saw her as the cause of "everything that had gone wrong in her life."

A source said Princess Diana could have made everything work out if Camilla did not appear in the picture.

With that, Prince William and Prince Harry joined forces, asking one courtier why was "that woman" trying to replace Princess Diana. They also proclaimed Queen Consort Camilla should not ever try as she would never be able to take out their mother's place.

Prince William himself once refused to join the summer vacation King Charles III planned at that time if they would not ban Camilla.

It was also revealed that the siblings tried to include the Queen Mother and Queen Elizabeth II in their plot, saying Camilla was putting too much influence over their lives.

How King Charles III, Camilla Tried Winning Their Hearts

In the 2005 book "The Firm" by Penny Junor, the royal biographer revealed that the royal couple did not want to force Prince William and Prince Harry to accept their stepmother until they grew up.

They reportedly took note of Princess Diana's sudden death, as they knew Camilla caused their late mother's grief and misery. They also thought that the stepmother caused Princess Diana to become an "extra" for so long in the veiled relationship between her and King Charles III.
