Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been working with Netflix for new materials.

However, there have been a few hiccups along the way. One of these is their docuseries, which were supposed to be postponed following Queen Elizabeth II's death.

According to rumors, the program, which presently has no release date, may be canceled.

Other royal insiders, however, believe Netflix will run the show at some time, with one individual claiming that the streaming giant would be quite humiliated if nothing came from their association with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

The New York Times originally revealed in September 2020 that they took a huge step with Netflix and secured a multi-year contract to generate original programming. This comprises films, documentaries, series, and children's television programmes.

In a statement, the couple said, "Our lives, both independent of each other, and as a couple has allowed us to understand the power of the human spirit: of courage, resilience and the need for connection."

"Through our work with diverse communities and their environments, to shining a light on people and causes around the world, our focus will be on creating content that informs but also gives hope."

According to Kinsey Schofield, a royal expert who talked to Express, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's unnamed docuseries will soon still broadcast on Netflix since the corporation has already spent too much in them for them to abandon this project.

She said, "The streaming giant would be humiliated if nothing came to fruition with their partnership. The Sussexes earned a ludicrous amount of money for their relationship with Netflix and the hype around their content has been nonstop."

Early this week, it was reported that the Sussexes would minimize their remarks regarding now-King Charles III.

Neil Sean, a royal specialist, stated that the decision to postpone the release was made by the streaming behemoth, not Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

He told Fox News that the reason for the delays is that they don't have enough stuff to work with.

As previously reported, the pair were not permitted to utilize video from Queen Elizabeth II's royal burial or some of the behind-the-scenes action at the former monarch's Platinum Jubilee in June.

In fact, Netflix is wondering what the couple intends to do with the film if it isn't included in the docuseries.

According to Page Six, the program is delaying the series' publication until next year, a move similar to Prince Harry's eagerly awaited biography.
