Brad Pitt made a huge move recently amid speculations that he is dating Emily Ratajkowski.

The "Bullet Train" singer may be leaving Hollywood for a more serene existence at his opulent house in central California, since he has officially completed the papers to rent out his opulent mansion.

He has resided on the land for almost 30 years.

The choice to rent out his Los Angeles house was found after the mortgage arrangement for the property was made public. Cynthia Pett-Dante, his manager, signed a "deed of trust and assignments of rentals" with City National Bank in June, per The Sun.

This comes months after Angelina Jolie's ex-husband spent $40 million on a Carmel, California mansion owned by novelist D.L. James.

Architect Charles Greene is said to have erected the medieval castle out of locally sourced sandstone and granite over a century ago.

Brad's friend Andrew Dominik says, "You go to the homes of most movie stars, and they're like really, really nice hotel rooms. Brad lives in pieces of art."

"There's a breeze blowing through every window. As soon as you walk through the door, you feel stoned."

How Emily Ratajkowski Feels About Brad Pitt

According to People magazine, the supposed romance between Emily Ratajkowski and Brad Pitt is indeed passionate.

According to a source, while the "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood" star is officially single, he and the model have gone on a few outings together.

He was supposedly introduced to Emily by a friend in the art world, and the attraction was immediate.

"She is clearly lovely, and she is also extremely into art; they have a lot to speak about, and they always have a good time when they hang out; they remain in touch when they don't see each other."

However, Brad Pitt's huge actions come while he is still mired in a legal dispute with his estranged ex-wife Angelina Jolie.

Despite the fact that they have been divorced since 2016, they are still negotiating a judicial arrangement on everything, including custody of their children and concerns with their French winery.

Furthermore, the "Maleficent" actress accused Brad of physical and verbal abuse against her and her children, citing an incident that allegedly occurred on a private jet ride in 2016.

The award-winning actor, though, has disputed the charges, calling them "absolutely false."

"Brad has owned everything he's accountable for from day one - unlike the other side," his lawyer stated.
