Ten months after DJ Stephen "tWitch" Boss passed on Dec. 13, 2022, his widow, Allison Holker, put their home on the market to seek a fresh start.

In mid-October, Holker reportedly listed their 4,600 square-foot Encino home for $3,795,000 online, per online real estate records. Their home, often seen in their dance videos on TikTok, reportedly features six bedrooms, a pool and a hot tub in the backyard, a wine display, a chef's kitchen, a butler's pantry, top-of-the-line appliances and three fireplaces.

Built in 2018, the Encino home was sold at $3,525,000 a month after Holker listed it online. Anthony Paradise of Sotheby's reportedly held the listing.

The old home has been prominently featured in dance videos the couple would previously share with fans online.

Holker reportedly purchased a new home in California to mark the much-needed fresh start for herself and their children -- Weslie, Maddox and Zaia.

Their new home is reportedly bigger than the previous one with DJ tWitch's memories. It is reportedly a 5,800-square-foot home with a movie theater, designer lighting and glass doors.

In May, Holker sat down with Hoda Kotb for an interview, opening up about her husband's passing and shared, "No one's ready for that moment, and there's no one [who] saw this coming. No one. And that breaks my heart, too."

Holker also opened up to People about her husband, saying, "We'd have so many random conversations, and there was so much laughter. Our love was so real and so loud...Stephen brought so much joy to this world, and he deserves to be remembered as the beautiful man he was."

Talking about how DJ tWitch had always presented a happy front before his death, his wife said, "No one had any inkling he was low. He didn't want people to know. He just wanted to be everyone's Superman and protector."

"It's been really hard because I can't understand what was happening at that moment," she added.

DJ tWitch died by suicide in December 2022, leaving a suicide note behind. The American dancer and choreographer reportedly died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound, and his body was found inside a motel room in Los Angeles.
