Police have reportedly stepped in after some of Nicki Minaj's fans allegedly leaked the location of Megan Thee Stallion's mother's gravesite and encouraged people to desecrate it.

TMZ reported that the Texas cemetery where Megan's late mom, Holly Thomas, is buried increased security measures amid the two rappers' feud.

The cemetery told the outlet that it reached out to local authorities and bolstered security personnel to ensure extra protection for Thomas' gravesite.

While there haven't been any reported incidents at the gravesite, the cemetery said it is on high alert and takes all matters related to safety and security seriously.

Thomas, who was also an artist, died in March 2019 of brain cancer.

The security measures were implemented after Minaj mentioned Thomas in her diss track aimed at Megan, titled "Big Foot."

"How you f**k your mother man when she die? / How you go on Gayle King and can't cry? / Chile, bye / Big Foot, but you still a small fry / Swearin' on your dead mother when you lie," Minaj rapped.

Minaj also repeated the bar, "Lyin' on your dead mama," multiple times in the song.

The feud has led to some fans of Minaj, known as the Barbz, allegedly leaking the location of Thomas' burial site on X, formerly Twitter, according to Page Six.

Some fans also allegedly encouraged others to desecrate the grave in retaliation for Megan's alleged diss against Minaj in her new song, "Hiss."

According to a screenshot shared by an X user, a since-deleted post allegedly showing the location included the caption: "You know what to do."

Enstarz could not independently verify the authenticity of the post.

The posts revealing the location have sparked backlash online, with many condemning such actions as "disgusting."

"So the Barbs have found where Meg mom's grave is and told others to go desecrate that lady grave. This is beyond disgusting, and now it's time to fully cancel that woman and her cult," one person wrote.

But others defended Minaj, arguing that she should not be blamed for the extreme behavior of her fans.

"Y'all act like she told them to do that," one person commented.

The beef between Megan and Minaj reignited after the release of the former's new single, "Hiss."

In the song, Megan seemingly took a dig at Minaj's husband, convicted sex offender Kenneth Petty, by mentioning Megan's Law.

The federal law requires law enforcement authorities to make available to the public information about registered sex offenders.

Following the release of the track, Minaj seemingly made a distasteful joke about Megan's late mother on the platform Stationhead.

"You better go conjure up your mother and apologize. That's disgusting," Minaj said.

While she has not publicly addressed Minaj's comments, Megan has spoken about the loss of her mother several times over the years.

"I just be taking it day by day, and I be like 'Lord, thank you for getting me up out this bed' because sometimes I just wanna say, 'I'll lay here for another hour, I'm not going.' And then I be, 'No, you're Megan Thee Stallion... you gotta take care of you,'" Megan said in an Apple Music 1 interview in 2022 about how she was coping with the death of her mom. "Who else is gonna take care of you?"

She continued, "At this point in my life, I really realized that my mama was really driving the car for a long time. I didn't even have to think about too many things when mama was with me. I feel like it is just recently that it's clicking to me, like who can I ask anything to?"
