Kate Middleton is one of the most beautiful faces in the United Kingdom, but many felt she looked different in her most recent public sighting.

The Princess of Wales had been out of the spotlight for weeks after the Palace announced that she underwent abdominal surgery, prompting some royal fans to ask where Middleton was. However, she was finally spotted out and about on Monday. TMZ got a snap of the Duchess of Cambridge inside a black Audi near Windsor Castle with her mom behind the wheel.

The majority of the netizens agreed that Middleton looked different in the shot. Her unrecognizable appearance also sparked rumors that she probably had cosmetic surgery after she went missing for weeks.
