Kate Middleton was finally spotted for the first time since her abdominal surgery in January.

TMZ reported that the Princess of Wales was snapped inside a black Audi near Windsor Castle in the United Kingdom on Monday.

The photo showed the royal wearing sunglasses in the passenger seat while her mom, Carole, drove for her.

Middleton's recent public sighting seemingly debunked the conspiracy theories about her disappearance from the public.

Previously, some theorized that her surgery placed her in an induced coma. She was allegedly intubated after unexpected complications from her operation occurred.

Late in February, one netizen also shared how she found reports about Prince William's wife "sinister."

"You're telling me that Kate Middleton -- the same woman who posed outside the hospital like a freaking supermodel mere hours after giving birth -- suddenly requires months of recovery before showing her face? And the British press now magically respects privacy? This feels... sinister," the X user tweeted.

It has generated over 3,900 retweets and 928 responses, with other netizens seemingly agreeing with the tweet.

Some royal watchers also speculated that the palace was trying to cover something up because Kate's condition remained vague and mysterious while King Charles' health status was disclosed in full detail.

On Jan. 17, Kensington Palace released a statement saying, "Her Royal Highness The Princess of Wales was admitted to hospital yesterday for planned abdominal surgery. The surgery was successful, and it is expected that she will remain in hospital for ten to fourteen days before returning home to continue her recovery. Based on the current medical advice, she is unlikely to return to public duties until after Easter."

Additionally, Prince William was reportedly photographed during his hospital visit, but no one allegedly saw his wife leave the facility and return home to Windsor.

Meanwhile, a palace source previously gave a new update about Middleton after Prince William canceled his attendance at a memorial service for his godfather, King Constantine of Greece, at the last minute last week.

The palace source said the Princess of Wales "continues to be doing well" while recovering from her abdominal surgery.

The update came after several netizens and royal watchers asked where Middleton really was because the public did not see her after the medical procedure.
