Here's How To Achieve Bianca Censori's Sculpted Body, According To Fitness Expert

Bianca Censori has been turning heads on her public outings with Kanye West due to her racy outfits, and she looks great in them because of her sculpted physique.

Fitness pro Daniel Herman spoke with FEMAIL and shared what the Yeezy architect did to build muscle mass in the right areas while reducing body fat. Herman shared Censori's possible diet and workout regimen.

"This involves a combination of targeted exercises such as hip thrusts and a balanced diet," the nutritionist, coach and founder of www.bio-synergy.uk said. "Importantly, genetics play a significant role in determining body shape, so results may vary from person to person."

He stressed that proper nutrition and a balanced diet are a must to support muscle growth and reduce body fat. One should incorporate lean protein, healthy fats, fruits and whole grains into their diet while avoiding sugary snacks, processed food and too much alcohol for a "flat stomach and defined abs."

Herman then went on to share the routines that one can do to achieve Censori's hourglass figure.

"Achieving sculpted abs while maintaining a curvaceous hourglass figure typically involves a combination of targeted abdominal exercises, overall strength training, cardiovascular exercise and a balanced diet," he said.

The expert believes Censori targets her abdominal muscles directly to "sculpt and define them." Her possible workout routine likely includes crunches, bicycle crunches, planks, Russian twists and leg raises.

"Incorporating compound exercises such as squats, deadlifts and lunges into the workout routine engages multiple muscle groups simultaneously, including the core, which helps to promote overall fat loss and muscle definition," he continued.

"Strength training helps to sculpt the body but also increases metabolism, aiding in fat loss."

The expert added that to achieve Censori's slim frame, one should focus on all the major muscle groups like legs, back, chest, shoulders and arms. According to Herman, focusing on particular muscle groups can "sculpt particular aspects."

Additionally, to burn calories and reduce body fat around the midsection, cardio routines like HIIT, running and swimming are the best options.

"Pilates and yoga can help improve core strength, flexibility and posture, contributing to a more sculpted appearance and emphasizing the natural curves of the body," Herman added.

Interestingly, insiders recently claimed Censori only "obeys" her husband, who allegedly convinced her they have "royal" status. She was allegedly required to eat particular foods and work out even if the "Gold Digger" rapper didn't do the same.

Daily Mail reached out to West and Censori's spokesperson for comment on the issue but did not immediately receive a response.

Meanwhile, Censori made a major shift in her wardrobe on Saturday when she joined West and his eldest daughter, North, for dinner at Nobu in Beverly Hills, California.

Ye's wife was fully clothed, sporting an oversized, thick beige coat, a pair of black leggings and high heels during their outing.
