A former Miss New Hampshire USA queen, Nicole Houde was charged for assaulting her boyfriend, according to reports.

Houde, 26, was arrested Wednesday and now faces one assault charge for punching, kicking, scratching and biting her boyfriend Scott Nickerson, 33, the Associated Press reports.

According to celebrities' site Radaronline.com, the fight started when Nickerson took her cellphone thinking she was having an affair and refused to return it.
