Beyonce gave extra attention to a young inspiring fan named Sophie Kotkis during her concert in Perth, Australia.

"I have a very special young lady here," Beyonce told the crowd. "Tell everybody your name beautiful."

After the young girl replied, Sophie, Beyonce asked, "You think you can sing to the left?," a line from her 2006 hit Irreplaceable.

Sophie, who had never attended a concert before, repeated the song's lyrics and the crowd applauded. The touching moment was arranged by Sophie's older sister, Ellie Kotkis.

With the help of a family friend, Kalkidan Forward, who works for the charity Hope for Children, Ellie made sure her request made its way to Beyonce's manager. Sophie was then invited to the attend Friday night's concert.

"She had no idea that she was going to sing with her," Ellie told Perth Now. "Beyonce is her favorite. When Single Ladies came on, she jumped up and was dancing and everyone was watching her dance."

Ellie also explained her motivation to create such a perfect moment for her 13-year-old sibling, who is legally blind, has hearing problems and muscle complications.

"It was so important for me because there's been a lot of things in life that Sophie hasn't been able to do, but she loves music, loves to dance and loves to sing and this was just something for me to show the world how amazing she is," she said.
