Michael Jordan is officially going to be a father again.

The NBA icon, 50, and his wife, model Yvette Prieto, 34, whom he married this past April, are preparing for their first child together. A rep for Jordan confirmed the news to Us Weekly. The two met in 2008.

This is Jordan's fourth child. He has three children with his ex-wife, Juanita--Jeffrey Michael, 24, Marcus James, 22, and 19-year-old Jasmine. Juanita and Michael split in 2006 after being married for 17 years.

He's currently in the process of selling the Highland Park, IL mansion that he and Juanita shared and raised their children together in. He entered the 56,000 square-foot mansion in an auction earlier this month. It was initially put up for sale in March of last year for $29 million but didn't sell.

In a release Jordan said, "It's where I lived during my championship years. I still have business interests in Chicago, including my restaurants, and Chicago will always have a piece of my heart...But my kids are grown now, and I don't need a large house there anymore."

Jordan reportedly goes to the home from time to time but is usually in the Florida home he has with Prieto. Anyone looking to buy the Highland Park, IL home will have to dish out a $250,000 down payment to even bid on it.

The former Chicago Bulls star and Prieto had a lavish wedding in Palm Beach, FL on April 27 at a church, Bethseda-By-The-Sea. Hollywood A-Listers like Robin Thicke, Usher, Tiger Woods and Jordan's fellow NBA great Patrick Ewing joined him on he and Prieto's special day.
