Kelly Rowland still has yet to confirm whether she is engaged to her manager Tim Witherspoon; but the Dirty Laundry singer didn't deny it during her Thursday, Dec. 12 appearance on The Arsenio Hall Show.

Hall eased in the question and joked that his team was pressuring him to ask her about a picture in which Rowland is wearing a diamond ring on her ring finger. He went on to ask the X Factor judge who the guy is that gave her the ring.

"That's my best friend," Rowland responded.

Hall then revealed to the audience that Witherspoon was at the show with Rowland "in the hallway." While she kept pretty quiet about any engagement, she stated, "You know what I will say, I am very happy, and I believe in Black love."

Hall tried his luck one more time and asked Rowland what the ring meant.

"Oh stop it, you know how private I am," she said and laughed off the questions.

Rowland and Witherspoon were spotted together Monday, Dec. 9 heading into Jay Z's concert in Los Angeles. She was wearing her ring and smiled a huge grin for the cameras. Rowland and Witherspoon dressed casually for the occasion.

Rowland stepped out in a light denim top with a white polo inside, leather skinny pants and a red Chanel bag. She topped it with a black cap and black sneakers. Witherspoon wore a camouflage jacket with black pants, a black top and black and grey Air Jordans.
