On the next few episodes of Person of Interest, Fusco (Kevin Chapman) will be adjusting to his new position in the NYPD.

Chapman spoke with TVLine about Fusco's position in the NYPD and how it will affect those around him.

"Because of the taking down of HR, we have a lot of old detectives going out and new detectives coming in, and they're all kind of looking to Fusco for guidance," Chapman said. "He's now become the 'mentor' of the office."

Fusco will be taking cues from the late Joss Carter (Taraji P. Henson), whose death affected the character greatly. "He's kind of following that model going forward," Chapman added.
