Singer and actress Demi Lovato is reportedly furious with producers of The X Factor after a skit during the show's season 3 finale Dec. 19.

A skit which appeared to mock the 21-year-old's former addictions to drugs and alcohol left her feeling :blindsided" and angry, according to The Daily Mail.

The skit, which was meant to mock her love/hate relationship with fellow judge and show creator Simon Cowell reportedly took things a step too far, suggesting that she had drinking 'annoying juice' throughout the season's auditions, and superimposing a green light over any drink that she had consumed in old footage.

Lovato was visibly annoyed by the sketch, grimacing and appearing to say "That's f***** up."

The somewhat tasteless segment aired just one week after the star first opened up about how serious her addiction problems had gotten to Access Hollywood.

"I couldn't go 30 minutes to an hour without cocaine, and I would bring it on airplanes," Lovato admitted during the interview.

Lovato entered rehab in October 2010 and later revealed that she had gone to treat issues including bulimia, self-injury, and self-medicating through drugs and alcohol. She was also diagnosed with bipolar disorder during treatment.

Since she left rehab, the singer has gone on to thoroughly revive her career, with the judging job on X Factor and a recent acting gig on Glee. She has also released two successful studio albums.

Lovato also announced this week that she would not be returning to X Factor for season four to focus on her music.

The show is not the only place where her recent revelations were mocked however. According to Hollywood Life, Miley Cyrus' friend and assistant Cheyne Thomas mocked Lovato in a video by repeating her quote. Before swigging from a bottle of Coca-Cola.
