Glenn Close might be headed for a guest appearance on American Horror Story: Coven.

On Close's IMDb page, she is listed as appearing on the American Horror Story: Coven finale, titled The Seven Wonders. She also has her own character name, Ophelia, which seems to indicate that the listing is true.

Close would be yet another actress of high caliber to appear on this season of American Horror Story. Other award-winning actresses who are currently starring in Coven include Jessica Lange as Fiona, Kathy Bates as Madame LaLaurie, Angela Bassett as Marie Laveau, Frances Conroy as Myrtle Snow and Patti LuPone as Joan Ramsey.

In her career, Close has been nominated for six Academy Awards and has won two Emmys for her performance as Patty Hewes in the FX legal drama Damages. This would be the actress' first television role since ending her five-season stint as Patty Hewes in 2012.

Close has made a name for herself portrayed villainous, flawed women in films like Fatal Attraction, Dangerous Liaisons and 101 Dalmatians, in addition to Damages. Assuming the listing is legitimate, it's possible that Close may appear in future seasons of American Horror Story as well, potentially taking over for Lange after she leaves the series in season 4.

This would be Close's third FX series after Damages and her Emmy-nominated work in The Shield.

American Horror Story: Coven airs Wednesdays at 10 p.m. on FX.
