Pop star Justin Bieber had a famous friend accompany him when he went spray-painting recently.

The singer was photographed alongside Fashion Police host Kelly Osbourne on Wednesday night, Jan. 8, hours after she confirmed her split from Matthew Mosshart.

"Just had so much fun getting lessons from @justinbieber on how to #SprayPaint! Needless to say I was s--- all I did was the horns! Justin is a lovely boy and have turned me into a true #Belieber tonight!" she wrote on Instagram. "Most #Random but fun night with @justinbieber!"

The pair stuck to drawing animals and different characters, though Bieber in the past has been more controversial with his artwork.

The Boyfriend singer, who once got in trouble for spray-painting in Australia, did not directly address his outing with Osbourne on social media and instead posted photos of their work on his Instagram page. He preferred to open up about his passion for creating art.

"Live your dream. be creative," he tweeted Thursday. "Art is everywhere." 

The same day Osbourne and Bieber hung out, a rep for the E! star confirmed in a statement that she broke up with her fiancé:

"Kelly and Matthew have decided to end their engagement. The split is amicable and the pair continues to have nothing but the utmost respect for one another. Kelly is looking forward to a new year full of fresh beginnings. No further comments will be provided by all parties and we request privacy, decorum and space from the press but don't expect it."

Osbourne and the chef got engaged in the summer of 2013. Perhaps talking about the breakup, she tweeted Wednesday, "It's all about perception sometimes the bad things that happen in life aren't really bad at all especially when you learn something from it!"
