Pregnant Basketball Wives star Evelyn Lozada sparked speculation that she has two buns in the oven on her Instagram Saturday.

Lozada , who announced her pregnancy late last year, uploaded a new baby bump photo that had her fans wondering if she's pregnant with twins. 

"Heading to shop with both of my kids. #Lounging#Comfy#AirJordans12#GammaBlue#Chanel," she captioned a photo of her sporting her growing baby bump. 

Fans thought she meant two babies when she wrote, "both of my kids," but Lozada quickly cleared up her statement. She even deleted her original caption off Instagram.

"No twins! Heading shopping with @ShanieceH lmfao - Sorry for the confusion," Lozada responded to a fan who questioned her. 

The 38-year-old reality star and entrepreneur is currently seven month pregnant and is engaged to her fiance L.A. Dodgers star Carl Crawford. On Facebook she shared an article she wrote about her fears she's been experiencing after being pregnant 20 years later. 

"Okay, so we all know the last time I gave birth was over 20 years ago with my daughter Shaniece," Lozada wrote in a story for the Latina website Que Mas! "A lot has changed in the world of babies since the last time I gave birth --back then my daughter had a wind-up swing for crying out loud!"

"I'm also curious: Am I the only expectant mom who thinks things have changed dramatically over the years? Has anyone else had babies years apart and felt like you had to learn a TON of new things?"
