Even after 20 years, pregnancy is treating Basketball Wives star Evelyn Lozada well. 

The 38-year-old recently got all pretty to go out for a meeting on Wednesday and dressed her growing baby bump in an animal-printed Dione Von Furstenbeg maxi dress. 

The 7-month-old reality star accessorized the maternity look with a cream Chanel bag and Mystique Crystal sandals. 

Lozada has been very open about her pregnancy with her fans, contributing to Que Mas! about the new changes in her life. In a blog post entitled, 'My Crazy Pregnancy Cravings are Terrible,' written on Tuesday, Lozada explained how she become a junk food addict. 

"I also can't believe I'm super sweet drinking root beer. I had it the other day and it tastes soooo good! Who knew root beer would be my go-to drink during this pregnancy? (Oh, but don't get me started on my burping crisis, ha!)" she wrote. "While I definitely have a sweet tooth, I've also made it a point to balance the sweets I'm eating with healthy stuff, like salads, salmon and my favorite: avocado!"

In an earlier post, she expressed the fears she's been having after being pregnant 20 years after she gave birth to her first child. 

"Okay, so we all know the last time I gave birth was over 20 years ago with my daughter Shaniece," Lozada wrote.  "A lot has changed in the world of babies since the last time I gave birth --back then my daughter had a wind-up swing for crying out loud!"
