As Amish Mafia continues airing its third season, new reports indicate that star Esther Schmucker has reunited with the boyfriend who assaulted her in October.

Esther Schmucker Assaulted by Boyfriend

According to FOX 43, Schmucker, 27, allegedly had cops responding to a noise complaint at her Lancaster, Penn. Home back on Jan. 31, and when cops arrived on the scene, 24-year-old Imir R. Williams was inside.

Williams was ordered to stay away from Schmucker and sentenced to probation for the Oct. 31 attack that saw Schmucker with cuts and bruises all over her face, as well as a broken cheekbone, broken nose and broken teeth.

Schmucker's attorney, Steven Breit, told the news station that he wouldn't be surprised if Schmucker chose to take back her boyfriend.

"I'm disappointed but I'm not really surprised," he said. "It's very likely that the person that's been abused will end up going back to the abuser."

After her attack, Schmucker spoke out about how she had hoped that having the celebrity status she did would help her promote the message to women that they didn't need to stay in abusive relationships.

"If I wouldn't have a show, nobody would know," she said at the time. "There are millions of women that go through this every day and no one knows about them. You try to convince yourself that it will change. It's not going to get better."

Meanwhile, on the show's third season premiere, two new characters were introduced. Merlin enlisted the help of Ruck Davey, enlisting him as a foot soldier I his attempts to regain control of Holmes County Ohio, while in Lancaster, an East Donegal constable premiered as a law enforcement official on the show.

Paul Castline, 38, will be appearing on the show, though he told Lancaster Online that he wouldn't spill any show secrets.

"When it comes to the show, and my involvement on the show," he said.

Amish Mafia airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. on Discovery Channel.
