Gwyneth Paltrow is likely to remember March 25 as the day that health-conscious individuals far and wide aggressively sought the finest recipes her lifestyle-friendly, food blogging website Goop had to offer... or not.

For Paltrow, Tuesday was probably more like having nosey neighbors peer into her kitchen window, seeking to learn the latest scoop on rumors of her crumbling marriage to Coldplay front man, Chris Martin, and leaving her recipes there for their two children Apple and Moses to taste test.

Iron Man 4 Rumors: Will Robert Downey Jr. and Gwyneth Paltrow Return?

On Tuesday, the Iron Man actress posted a statement to Goop, noting that she and Martin were separating after a little over a decade of marriage, which ultimately crashed the website.

"It is with hearts full of sadness that we have decided to separate," read the notice. The message alluded to the longtime rumors of their imminent breakup stating, "We have been working hard for well over a year, some of it together, some of it separated, to see what might have been possible between us, and we have come to the conclusion that while we love each other very much we will remain separate."

Is this all just some intriguing publicity stunt though? Reportedly, Paltrow's Goop website was not doing as well as she would've liked. CNN also noted that the announcement was made right before her Grammy-winning, Coldplay singing husband Chris Martin is scheduled to join NBC's hit realty singing competition show The Voice. What's more, the two recently purchased a $14 million home in Malibu, California, so if they really are over for good, then who gets the house?
