It appears that a little too much information may have been given on the fifth season of Downton Abbey with social media pictures.

Series To End After Fifth Season?

On Friday, Mirror posted a story on Downton Abbey creator Julian Fellowes, and how he may have been a little uncomfortable ever since actor Richard E. Grant posted two photos on his Twitter account of himself in costume as well as the set.

"He's very naughty," Fellowes said about Grant posting those photos. "The trouble we've had with things like Twitter."

Fellowes was reportedly at the launch of the actor's fragrance, Jack at Liberty where he talked more about how it's not a great idea to post too much information on Twitter.

"We had to explain to the cast about the dangers of tweeting as no one realized how interested everybody was in the show," Fellowes said. "You're in a bubble when you're filming."

"You're just tweeting these nice things and you don't realize there are millions of people worldwide trying to pick up the plot," he added.

One of the photos shows Grant in a fancy suit on set while another photo shows a car in front of the castle.

Despite Fellowes' suggestion to not post any details on Twitter, Grant actually tweeted another comment on Friday about the series.

"Glad to be on DOWNTON ABBEY duty this Friday to avert the inevitable blues after concentrating so acutely on getting @JackPerfume launched," he wrote.

Downton Abbey Season 5 is expected to premiere in January 2015 on PBS.
