The synopsis for the episode titled "Go It Alone" airing on April 17, reveals that Cristina will ask Meredith to help her write an acceptance speech in case she wins the Harper Avery award. Owen will also offer to accompany her to the ceremony, but Cristina shuts him down by telling him she wants to go solo.

April and Jackson also encounter some problems of their own. The couple will begin to fight over their different opinions regarding children and religion. Does this mean their unexpected marriage will be short-lived?

On a lighter note, Callie and Arizona will attempt to make their marriage work. The couple faced some difficult moments in their relationship after Arizona had her leg amputated almost two years ago and she became unfaithful.

Jessica Capshaw, who plays Arizona on the ABC show, previously spoke with TVLine and hinted that the couple will soon be trying to make the relationship work.

"It's the, 'If you build it, they will come' mentality. It's the absolute wish fulfillment. It's like, let's paint a picture of where we would be really happy and then let's hope we go there and then get really happy,'" she said. "They are making their way... But it's not uncomplicated."
